More Founding Fathers High School AU Headcanon
George Washington: The cool and rather intimidating principal of Founder High. His presence is unnerving for most students and some teachers. There have been a few legendary moments when he lost his temper at groups of students, experiences no one wants repeated. Still, he is an extremely honest, dedicated, and thoughtful leader. Those who know what he has done for the school can't help but respect him.
Thomas Jefferson: The Super-Teacher, known for being certified to teach just about everything. He pops up teaching math, sciences, history, U.S. government, English, Latin, Spanish, and French at all levels. Probably one of the best teachers in the school. He has a reputation for being very demanding, but easy to get along with and extremely competent. Jefferson is the supervisor of the chess and French clubs.
Benjamin Franklin: A science teacher, with a particular love of physics. Known for cooperating with students to pull elaborate pranks in the name of science (Mr. Adams is usually the victim). He supervises the robotics club. Hands down the most popular teacher in the school.
John Adams: Teaches history and U.S. government. Known for being loud and opinionated. Still, he he has a delightfully sharp and cynical sense of humor that makes his classes entertaining. One of the more infamous teachers in the school. His fights with student Alexander Hamilton are infamous.
James Madison: A very intelligent but very shy intern working with Mr.Jefferson's U.S. government class. He worries about how he comes off to students, as he isn't naturally charismatic, but Jefferson has given him many pointers and boosts in confidence.
Alexander Hamilton: An extremely well known student, hated and liked in equal measure. He's a bit of a prodigy, enjoys showing off his intellect, and is always looking for ways to get ahead faster. Hamilton is the Treasurer of the student council, one of the debate club's shining stars, and a member of the drama club, where he often ends up playing the more bombastic roles. His dramatic romantic life is one of the student body's favorite spectator sports.
Aaron Burr: The coolest kid in school, perceived as more adult than many of his peers. He is also an accomplished student, and has a friendly (?) rivalry with Hamilton, especially on the debate team. Naughty things seem to happen around Burr, but no one can ever prove that he was the one responsible.
Gilbert Lafayette: A French transfer student. A happy, bubbly, adorable kid, he was picked on a bit because of his unrefined English and over-enthusiastic ways. Principal Washington brought that to an end, and ever since he and Gilbert have gotten along very well, with Gilbert even seeing him as a father figure.
